My passion is to provide high quality manual therapy with a focus on patient education and elevating overall wellness. My goal is to empower each individual by increasing their understanding of their own body mechanics and how to care for themselves so they can live more active and pain free lives.
I am a Graduate of the Onondaga School of Therapeutic Massage, Syracuse, NY and Licensed by the State of New York in Massage Therapy
Nationally certified by the (FSMTB) Federation of State Massage Therapy Boards and through the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork (NCBTMB). Member of the (AMTA) American Massage Therapy Association
Certified in Orthopedic Massage through the Center for Pain Management under James Waslaski, LMT, CPT.
Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) and Corrective Exercise Specialist through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and a Corrective Exercise Specialist through The Biomechanics Method Training Program (TBMM-CES) under Justin Price, MA and Mary Bratcher, MA
