By utilizing an integrative approach, we will create a treatment plan based on each person's needs to help relieve muscular and soft tissue restrictions, chronic pain and dysfunction, as well as allowing the body to heal more effectively from injuries or surgery. Together we will work to regain myoskeletal alignment and achieve pain free movement.

I am Certified in Orthopedic Massage through the Center for Pain Management under James Waslaski, LMT, CPT, as well as a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and a Corrective Exercise Specialist through the Biomechanics Method.

I'm proud to offer massage for Military Veterans through the Syracuse VA Hospital's Community Care Program.
