Welcome,
My name is Marie Martini, LMT, CPT. As a massage therapist, my intent is to listen, and to provide space for supporting you in developing mind-body awareness with an understanding of how to create a foundation for healing, functional movement and longevity.
My prior career in architecture has offered me a unique perspective on how design, form and function are critical to our health and wellbeing in our everyday environments… as I’ve integrated these concepts within the framework of the human body, a very powerful understanding of how we move and exist in space has come to light…
Biotensegrity, the mechanics of tension and compression suggests that the body functions as a system of integrated parts.
Pulling on one segment can affect the entire structure, much like a spiderweb. This model explains how the body achieves both stability and range of motion as it adapts within different movement patterns in space…
Let’s explore the ways in which each of us can reconnect with our unique form and design as we realign, rebalance and restore our movement and overall wellness.

Located at 5900 North Burdick Street, Suite 102a, East Syracuse, NY 13057, in Medical Center East.
Suite 102a, on the lower level, with parking and accessible entry from the back of the building (Medical Center East shares the same entry drive as The Links at Erie Village Golf Course & Traditions Restaurant)

Do you have a goal of living pain free? Could you benefit from Clinical Massage?
By utilizing an integrative approach, we will create a treatment plan based on each person's needs to help relieve muscular and soft tissue restrictions, chronic pain and dysfunction, as well as allowing the body to heal more effectively from injuries or surgical procedures. Together we will work to regain myoskeletal alignment and pain free movement.
You can click on the 'Services & Rates' page to learn more about the various techniques used in my practice. I am Certified in Orthopedic Massage through the Center for Pain Management under James Waslaski, LMT, CPT, as well as a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and a Corrective Exercise Specialist through both NASM and the Biomechanics Method.
I'm proud to offer massage for Military Veterans through the Syracuse VA Hospital's Community Care Program.
If you’d like to set up an appointment, click on 'Contact Me' and send me a message. You may also send a text directly to: 315-373-5994. I will message or call you back to confirm the details and answer any questions you might have.
Thank you for visiting, looking forward to connecting with you.
~ Marie
